Job Description: 1. Aptitude and Reasoning Training for Placements: o Design & Deliver Training: Create and conduct training sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal reasoning, and data interpretation tailored to placement exams. o Placement Test Simulation: Organize mock placement tests, modelled after the formats of major companies (IT, MNCs), to prepare students for real-world recruitment exams. o Student Support: Offer personalized guidance to students based on their performance, with special attention to non-mathematics students (e.g., BCA students) or those requiring additional support. 2. GATE Exam Training: o GATE Syllabus Coverage: Provide in-depth training on GATE’s aptitude section, which includes numerical ability, logical reasoning, and verbal ability. o Test-taking Strategies: Teach efficient time management techniques and shortcuts for problem-solving that are specifically useful for GATE aspirants. o Mock Exams & Feedback: Conduct regular mock GATE exams, focusing on the aptitude section, and provide detailed performance analysis and feedback to help students improve. |
