URGENT REQUIREMENT

Swami Ram Himalayan University, urgently requires Academic Auditor  following are the eligibility criteria and scope of work.

Eligibility : Graduate/Post  Graduate with minimum 4 years of experience in an academic organization.

 

Scope of work of Academic Audit

Faculty – 

  • Review of curriculum and courses.

  • Attendance of students.

  • To check the attendance records of faculty.

  • To check whether decisions taken by the Board of Studies have been implemented or not.

  • Faculty classes assessment i.e. No. of classes in a semester.

  • To check the records of research and scholarly activities.

  • To check the records related to the academic program and its objectives.

  • To review the effectiveness of academic support services.

  • To check that the use of technology in instruction is being done.

  • To check the policies and procedures for academic programs.

  • To check the records related to the effectiveness of faculty development programs.

  • To examine the use of resources in support of academic programs.

  • To make recommendations for improvement.

  • To check departmental meeting records

  • Take steps to maintain harmony in the department.

  • Mentor mentoring performance

Students – 

  • Marks cross-check with the examination sheet and final result.

  • Analysis of student enrolment and demographics.

  • To check the records of the student grading and performance system.

  • To check that the rules related to student learning are being followed.

  • To assess the effectiveness of student recruitment and retention.

  • Student grievance

Others – 

  • To check whether the register and records are maintained as per norms.

  • Timely submission of reports.

  • HR Audit.
