Swami Ram Himalayan University, urgently requires Academic Auditor following are the eligibility criteria and scope of work.

Eligibility : Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 4 years of experience in an academic organization.

Scope of work of Academic Audit

Faculty –

Review of curriculum and courses.
Attendance of students.
To check the attendance records of faculty.
To check whether decisions taken by the Board of Studies have been implemented or not.
Faculty classes assessment i.e. No. of classes in a semester.
To check the records of research and scholarly activities.
To check the records related to the academic program and its objectives.
To review the effectiveness of academic support services.
To check that the use of technology in instruction is being done.
To check the policies and procedures for academic programs.
To check the records related to the effectiveness of faculty development programs.
To examine the use of resources in support of academic programs.
To make recommendations for improvement.
To check departmental meeting records
Take steps to maintain harmony in the department.
Mentor mentoring performance

Students –

Others –

To check whether the register and records are maintained as per norms.
Timely submission of reports.
HR Audit.
