Bachelor’s degree in Management.

A Master’s degree in Management or relevant certifications preferred.

 Experience: 2-12 years of experience in Training & Placement Cell of Educational Institutions/ Universities.

• Develop & Implement Placement Strategy.
• Build and strengthen industry relationships.
• Organize on campus recruitment, virtual and placement drives. Leverage job fairs for campus recruitment drives.
• Placement Performance Dashboards and other MIS Management.
• Alumni Database Management in line with Statutory Compliance and Guidelines
• Organize and Manage Alumni Meets
• Plan and execute Internship Programme for Students.
• Interface with Academic Departments to drive placement in line with Industry demand / requirements.
