| 2. | Tutor | · Master’s/ Post Basic B.Sc. degree in Nursing with minimum one year of teaching/clinical experience in a similar organization.
· Valid nursing license/ registration and relevant certifications. · Strong theoretical knowledge and high level clinical skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. · Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively. · Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards. · Proficiency in computer applications related to healthcare management. · Excellent communication, teamwork and other soft skills. · Adaptive to existing policies, procedures and methodologies. · Willingness to learn new technologies |
