Master’s degree in HR, advanced degrees and certifications in Training & Development is preferred.
Minimum 10-12 of experience in trainings, talent development, or instructional design. Training program design and development using learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and performance evaluation best practices. Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills for engaging learners. Training Needs assessment, data analysis, and evaluation to measure training effectiveness. Adaptability, problem-solving, and continuous learning mindset for staying updated and addressing challenges.
